Course applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and in good physical condition.
Please observe these special requirements: There is an intensive application process for entry into the NREMT class. All applicants must take the Compass exam and score into MATH 79 and ENG 97, and complete a EMS pre-test with a passing score of 80%. CPR certification class as a Healthcare Provider will take place on the Saturday before the beginning of each class of each quarter. All required information must be submitted to the office for verification of immunizations, high school/GED completion, a background check will be completed on each applicant and permission given to enroll in the class.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be contacted and will receive permission to register.
