Advanced Educational Opportunities

Students completing the EvCC NREMT program are able to work in the capacity of an NREMT in a variety of paid or unpaid positions (after all certifications and state requirements have been met). Many NREMT students may choose to continue their education in the field of emergency medical service training by pursuing training as a paramedic or as a firefighter/EMT.

Associates in Applied Sciences- Transfer degree (AAS-T) in Fire Science can be obtained at
Everett Community College.
Paramedic training is available through
Tacoma Community College.
Paramedic training is available through Central Washington University.
Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management is offered through Central Washington University.
Bachelor of Fire Science in Fire Administration is offered through Western Oregon University.
