The Early Childhood Education program works to prepare indivduals to meet requirements for working with children birth through age eight. This program is designed to meet Washington State standards and requirements as well as those recommended by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. This degree builds on the courses completed for the State Early Childhood Education Certificate, offering a broader education. This degree is now accpted in several Washington universities as a transfer degree.
