STEP TWO: Complete the Business Training Center/WATR Registration Form

STEP THREE: Return form and payment information in one of the following ways

• Email the form to the Business Training Center registration inbox

• Fax to form to 425-267-5749

•  Visit the registration desk at the WATR Center located
  at Paine Field: 3008 100th St SW, Everett, WA 98204
  

• Call the registration desk at 425-640-1840 for questions or assistance with completion
